Century Services is looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to add to our growing customer service department full-time. This position will entail handling inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries, entering detailed notes into our system and responding to email correspondence inquiries promptly and professionally.
Our ideal candidate is an organized, diligent, team-oriented individual who excels in conversing with customers and someone willing to go above and beyond their day-to-day duties to add value to a growing organization. This individual will be able to handle a large volume of requests for information via email. Organizational and prioritization skills are key in this role. Must be familiar with Excel, Email (proper email etiquette), and Word.
The shifts offered for the position will be 9 AM to 5:30 PM and 10:30 AM to 7 PM (Monday - Friday).
