***Please note: at least one year of phone-based customer service experience is required for this role.***

Century Services is looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to add to our growing customer service department full-time. This position will entail handling inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries, entering detailed notes into our system and responding to email correspondence inquiries promptly and professionally.

Our ideal candidate is an organized, diligent, team-oriented individual who excels in conversing with customers and someone willing to go above and beyond their day-to-day duties to add value to a growing organization. This individual will be able to handle a large volume of requests for information via email. Organizational and prioritization skills are key in this role. Must be familiar with Excel, Email (proper email etiquette), and Word.

The shifts offered for the position will be 9 AM to 5:30 PM and 10:30 AM to 7 PM (Monday - Friday).

Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle incoming requests via phone from customer and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Handle all customer requests and thoroughly educate them on company product
  • Provide quality service in the areas of handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and account assistance
  • Be proactive in finding better ways to improve the customer experience

Skills/Qualifications

  • Dedicated and results driven
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience at a call center
  • High commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • A people person that can empathize with customers and help them work through concerns
  • A lighthearted, friendly attitude
  • Strong listening skills with careful attention to detail
  • Professional and reliable work ethic
  • Team player with eagerness to learn and willingness to contribute in any way necessary
