Founded in 2013, Century Consulting Services is a financial firm located in Midtown NYC with a focus on providing debt relief services to private clients throughout the United States. Our friendly and experienced team assists over 5,000 clients every year in lowering interest rates and monthly payments, enabling them to enjoy a debt-free life.

We are currently seeking a Recruiter to work alongside our Hiring Manager in continuing the expansion of our various teams (Sales, Client Support, Negotiations, Administrative, and more!). The ideal candidate for this position is a sharp Recruiter with at least 2-3 years of experience recruiting for multiple positions in a corporate or agency environment. The hours for the position will be 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.



  • Responsible for hiring permanent staff, including but not limited to posting open positions, scheduling candidate interviews, and researching new sources of candidates
  • Identify passive and active candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment resources such as job boards, resume databases, job fairs and referrals; communicates and coordinates recruitment advertising
  • Participate in college job fairs, networking social events and other recruitment events to positively market open positions in the company
  • Maintain, improve, and develop our employer brand through all candidate interactions to ensure competitive resourcing and talent management strategies
  • Enforce hiring standards, ensuring only the highest quality and most suitable candidates
  • Work with Hiring Managers to develop search strategies, and overall staffing needs for the organization.
  • Educate Hiring Managers on the recruitment process, timeline, roles and responsibilities.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine our recruitment process and implement changes that produce efficient results
  • Maintain up to-date candidate status in Applicant Tracking System in timely matter throughout the various stages of recruiting
  • Update progress of recruiting goals in recruiting spreadsheets and build candidate pipelines for targeted positions
  • Administrative duties related to hiring: Data entry, employment forms, I-9s

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Creative and detail-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree (in human resource preferred)
  • 1-2 years’ experience hiring for roles of all levels and various functions
