As one of the Co-Founders and the company’s CEO, Ben has been focused on delivering positive outcomes for consumers that are struggling with unsecured debt for over a decade. It is this drive and passion that led Ben to start Century Consulting Services. As the company has grown from a small, 3-person start-up to well over 200 employees today, Ben has been a leading voice in helping consumers achieve financial freedom.

Robert Baldwin serves as Century Consulting Services’s General Counsel and Compliance Director. Robert is licensed to practice law in Florida, Michigan, and Washington, D.C. and has more than 15 years of diverse legal experience, including private general practice, large firm management, and corporate counsel.

Drawing on ten years of expertise within the debt settlement sector, Cammy Yus adeptly leads operations at Century Consulting Services. Her responsibilities include streamlining processes and enhancing team performance to ensure client success. Cammy’s professional journey commenced as a negotiator, where she forged pivotal partnerships, subsequently progressing through leadership roles driven by her practical experience and strategic insights. Holding a BA in Business Management and Finance from Brooklyn College, she seamlessly integrates academic knowledge with operational proficiency.

Danielle Tolbert leads the Century Consulting Services Human Resources Department. She has over 10 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources including talent engagement strategy, total rewards, performance management, as well as benefits and payroll. She has proven success in creating cultures of collaboration, and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence. Her industry expertise includes retail, medical, hospitality, non-profit, and professional services. She holds a BA in Finance and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.

Christopher Kittle leads Century Consulting Services’ sales initiatives by leveraging his industry experience. By implementing best practices and developing his management team, the department continues to boost revenue and enrollment. His sales operation is based in NYC.

James Leon leads all technology and information systems as the Director of IT at Century Consulting Services. With over 20+ years of experience in the field, James is committed to leading and overseeing the Information Technology processes and infrastructure from software to systems. James’ goal as Director is to build and maintain an infrastructure that strives to be top of its class in security, systems, and ease of use to produce the highest quality outcomes for Century Consulting Services clients.

Alex is the site leader for the New York City sales floor. He currently oversees 4 sales teams and is responsible for working with managers to develop and create highly successful salespeople. Alex has 10 years of experience in sales, primarily in mortgage lending, consumer loans, and software sales
